During my masters degree course, I’ve worked on several projects, such as developing a digital product, covering all stages of development, from user research to design. Furthermore, I’ve worked on a project for rebranding and a campaign for Forever21. For my dissertation project, I run an experiment looking into the impact of dark UX pattern interaction on users' emotional state. Recently, I've started learning 3D modelling and animation software Blender.
Project goal was to develop a hypothetical digital product prototype informed by the research conducted by BBC’s R&D department on human values as a new way to measure user engagement rather than using current metrics such as clicks and how long content was engaged. BBC’s research proposes that digital products should fulfil human needs. Subsequently, the Sidekick prototype was developed to fulfil the needs of understanding oneself and belonging to a group.

The project was focused on researching a brand, in this case, Forever21, to identify current issues that the company faces in a digital era. After identifying problems, current literature in media communication and media psychology was used to solve those issues. The campaign idea was developed as well as ideas for general changes were proposed. Transparency and traceability, production process and material sourcing, recycling and upcycling, and reducing the length of fashion cycle are the key attributes of the proposed communication strategy. These attributes were identified after researching consumers and their shopping behaviours, attitudes about climate and attitudes towards the brand.
